How To Make Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic, and cook until softened.

Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Cook for 1 minute.

Gradually pour in the vegetable broth, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce is thickened and the mushrooms are tender.

Serve the mushroom stroganoff over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
