How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Tofu Stir-Fry

This is a quick and easy stir-fry dish with enoki mushrooms and tofu.

Ingredients

  • 200g enoki mushrooms
  • 300g firm tofu, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the enoki mushrooms and tofu, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
