  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped )
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz cheese (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 (10-oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well before pouring it into a 2 qt. casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve your cream of mushroom rice in a bowl or plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
