Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 1 package of enoki mushrooms, ends trimmed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add beef strips and toss to coat.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

  4. Add red bell pepper and enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.

  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
