  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup sliced morel mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet and prick all over with a fork.
  3. Arrange the mushrooms, asparagus, and feta cheese on top of the pastry.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
