  • 1 pound chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers.

  4. Brush the mushrooms with the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated.
