Instructions

  1. Clean morel mushrooms in cold water and pat dry.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil.

  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add morel mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 10-12 minutes, or until browned and tender.
