Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 pound Chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Heat truffle oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add mushrooms and garlic; sauté until mushrooms are tender.

  4. Deglaze the pan with white wine and then stir in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.

  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
