Ingredients

  • 1 lb. enoki mushrooms, rinsed and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil.

  2. Add mushrooms, garlic, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  4. Serve hot.
