Enoki Mushroom and Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh enoki mushrooms
  • 12 oz. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim the root end of the enoki mushrooms and separate the stems.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  4. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink.

  5. Add the enoki mushrooms and continue stir-frying until they are cooked (about 2-3 minutes).

  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and continue stir-frying until everything is well combined.

  7. Serve hot.
