  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and cook until softened.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.

  4. Add soy sauce mixture to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.

  5. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
