Ingredients

  • 1 pack of spring roll wrappers
  • 1 bundle of enoki mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together chopped enoki mushrooms, carrot, red bell pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and cornstarch until well combined.

  2. Take one spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
