How To Make Enoki Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

  2. Add the enoki mushrooms and sauté for a minute.

  3. Pour in the broth and soy sauce and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Add the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
