  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

  5. Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish.
