Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add the smoked salmon and cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss until all the ingredients are well coated in the creamy sauce.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
