How To Make Ramen Lasagna

With packs of instant ramen, tomato sauce, and ham, you can easily whip up this savory Ramen Lasagna dish! Whip up a batch in just 30 minutes.

  • 3packsinstant ramen
  • ¾cupwater,plus an additional 2 tbsp
  • ¾cupheavy cream,plus an additional 2 tbsp
  • 15oztomato sauce
  • 1tsppepper
  • 1tspsalt
  • ham, or ground beef or turkey
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 2cupsparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 3tbspfresh parsley
  • dried oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the water, heavy cream, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a baking dish, lay down 1 row of raw ramen noodles and cover with half the tomato sauce mixture. Layer the ham slices, then cheese slices, and repeat. Sprinkle with parsley.

  4. Add another layer of raw ramen noodles and cover it with the rest of the sauce. Top with another layer of ham and cheese, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until noodles are cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
