Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the Swiss chard.

  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
