How To Make Penne with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, then add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine.

Stir in the chopped parsley.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
