How To Make Penne Primavera Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour in the vegetable broth and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
