Ingredients

  • 8 oz mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cucumbers, red onion, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Drizzle Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
