Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
Instructions

Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces. Boil them until they are tender, then drain and let them cool for a few minutes.

Mash the potatoes until there are no lumps left.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, gluten-free flour, salt, and egg until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a long rope. Cut each rope into small pieces, about 1 inch in length.

Press each small piece of dough with a fork to create ridges.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi in batches for about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

Remove the cooked gnocchi with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a serving dish.

Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or topping.
