How To Make Creamy Linguini

  • 8 oz linguini
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Cook the linguini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.

  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss it in the creamy sauce until fully coated.

  6. Serve the creamy linguini in bowls, garnished with chopped parsley.
