How To Make Spinach Tomato Tortellini Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package of tortellini
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften and burst.

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine with the spinach and tomatoes.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve the spinach tomato tortellini hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
