How To Make Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound sausage, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the frozen peas and chicken broth. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the peas are heated through.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
