Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of the chicken and spinach mixture on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  4. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the chicken and spinach mixture on top.

  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
