How To Make Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.

Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cooked penne pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
