How To Make Italian Rice Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and eggs. Mix well.

Take a handful of the rice mixture and form it into a ball. Make an indentation in the center and place a small piece of mozzarella cheese.

Cover the cheese with more rice mixture and form into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.

Roll the rice balls in bread crumbs to coat them evenly.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the rice balls until golden brown on all sides.

Serve the rice balls hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
