Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

  8. Serve the Tuna Alfredo with Penne Pasta hot and enjoy!
