Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 35 minutes

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.

  4. Place the coated chicken thighs onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.

  6. Serve the Parmesan-crusted chicken thighs hot and enjoy!
