  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.

  3. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring that it is evenly coated.

  4. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  6. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

  7. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
