Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Baileys Irish Cream with the cooled brewed coffee.

  3. Dip each ladyfinger in the Baileys-coffee mixture, making sure they are well soaked.

  4. Place half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.

  5. Spread half of the whipped cream over the ladyfingers.

  6. Dust with 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.

  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers, whipped cream, and cocoa powder.

  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.

  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
