  • 4 rib eye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the rib eye steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

  6. Slice the steaks and drizzle them with the melted butter.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
