How To Make Easier Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.

Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the Marsala wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the chicken broth and mushrooms.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.

Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until heated through.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
