How To Make Easy Turkey Crown Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey crown (about 2 kg)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the turkey crown in a roasting pan and rub it with olive oil.

  3. Season the turkey with dried mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast the turkey in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

  5. Remove the aluminum foil and roast for another hour, or until the turkey is cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

  6. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

  7. Serve the turkey crown with your favorite sides and enjoy!
