How To Make Turkey & Coriander Burgers with Guacamole
You don’t have to wait for Thanksgiving to get a taste of our delicious turkey recipes! In these mouth-watering turkey recipes, we cook turkey in plenty of tasty ways. We have turkey sandwiched between lovely bread, baked as pie filling, and cooked in a casserole. Whatever way it’s served, turkey meat is a versatile dish you just can’t get enough of.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and sliced tomato for topping
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped coriander, red onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Shape into 4 patties.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

While the burgers are cooking, make the guacamole. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in diced tomato, red onion, chopped coriander, lime juice, and salt.

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes until lightly charred.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun. Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, and a generous dollop of guacamole. Cover with the top bun.

Serve the turkey and coriander burgers with the remaining guacamole on the side.
