How To Make Cajun Turkey Wraps with Sweetcorn Salsa

We have turkey sandwiched between lovely bread, baked as pie filling, and cooked in a casserole. Whatever way it’s served, turkey meat is a versatile dish you just can’t get enough of.

Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup sweetcorn, drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the turkey slices with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey slices for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

In a separate bowl, combine the sweetcorn, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.

To assemble the wraps, place a portion of cooked turkey slices on each tortilla, then spoon some sweetcorn salsa on top. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Serve the Cajun turkey wraps with extra salsa on the side.
