How To Make Prosciutto-wrapped Turkey Roll

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay the turkey slices flat and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

Place a slice of prosciutto on each turkey slice, then top with a handful of baby spinach leaves and minced garlic.

Roll up the turkey slices tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey rolls and cook until browned on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.

Transfer the turkey rolls to a baking dish and pour chicken broth over them.

Place lemon slices on top of the turkey rolls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.

Remove toothpicks before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes.
