How To Make Thyme & Garlic Turkey Crown

Ingredients
- 1 turkey crown (about 2 kg)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, thyme leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the turkey crown on a roasting tray and rub the garlic and thyme mixture all over the turkey, making sure to get it under the skin.

Season the turkey with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Roast the turkey crown in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
