How To Make Maple-Glazed Garlic & Parsley Turkey Roulade

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless turkey breast
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lay the turkey breast flat on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  4. Spread the garlic and parsley mixture evenly over the turkey breast.

  5. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the turkey breast and secure with kitchen twine.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, remaining tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  7. Place the turkey roulade in a baking dish and brush the maple glaze all over the top.

  8. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  9. Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  10. Serve sliced turkey roulade with the remaining maple glaze on the side.
