How To Make Cheesy Turkey Milanese

- 4 turkey cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper.

Place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese into separate bowls.

Dip each turkey cutlet into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the turkey cutlets for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
