How To Make Easy Smoked Turkey Crown

- 1 turkey crown (about 3-4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the turkey crown on a baking sheet and brush it with the spice mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

Transfer the turkey crown to the smoker and smoke for about 3 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove the turkey crown from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
