Ingredients

  • 1 turkey crown (about 3-4 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the turkey crown on a baking sheet and brush it with the spice mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

  4. Transfer the turkey crown to the smoker and smoke for about 3 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Remove the turkey crown from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
