How To Make Slow Cooker Turkey Curry

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a slow cooker, add the turkey cubes, onion, garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the turkey in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the turkey is tender and cooked through.

Serve the turkey curry over steamed rice or with naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
