Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  5. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and orange zest. Heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.

  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the orange cranberry glaze over them. Gently toss to coat the meatballs evenly.

  7. Serve the turkey cocktail meatballs hot as an appetizer.
