How To Make Turkey Cocktail Meatballs with Orange Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and orange zest. Heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.

Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the orange cranberry glaze over them. Gently toss to coat the meatballs evenly.
