How To Make Turkey Croquettes

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, celery, parsley, mayonnaise, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.

Dip each patty or ball into the beaten eggs, then roll in flour to coat.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the croquettes in batches until golden brown on all sides.

Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
