How To Make Turkey Steaks with Citrus & Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 turkey steaks
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add turkey steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. Pour the citrus and ginger sauce over the turkey steaks and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  6. Serve the turkey steaks with rice or your favorite side dish.
