How To Make Cajun Turkey Steaks with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 turkey steaks
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Pineapple Salsa:
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the turkey steaks with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill the turkey steaks for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  4. While the turkey is cooking, make the pineapple salsa by combining diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

  5. Serve the grilled turkey steaks with a generous spoonful of pineapple salsa on top. Enjoy!
