How To Make Healthy Roast Turkey Crown

Ingredients
- 1 turkey crown (about 2 kg)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the turkey crown in a roasting pan and rub it with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Rub this mixture all over the turkey crown, making sure to cover it completely.

Place the lemon slices and onion slices on top of the turkey crown.

Roast the turkey crown in the preheated oven for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Baste the turkey crown with its own juices every 30 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the turkey crown from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Slice the turkey crown and serve with your favorite sides.
