  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.

  4. Serve the turkey sausage patties hot with your favorite breakfast sides or use them in other recipes.
