
How To Make Mom’s Turkey Sausage Patties

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.
