Lazygirl’s Ground Turkey Stroganoff Recipe

How To Make Lazygirl’s Ground Turkey Stroganoff

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are translucent.

  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.

  5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  7. Stir sour cream into the ground turkey mixture until well combined.

  8. Serve the ground turkey stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
