How To Make Baked Turkey Wings

Whip up a new family favorite in this baked turkey wings recipe, made with poultry seasoning and cream of mushroom soup.

  • 5 turkey wings
  • 1 onion, small, chopped, optional
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • cups water, divided
  • 10¾ oz cream of mushroom soup, (1 can)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place turkey wings and onion in a casserole dish; sprinkle seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and garlic on both sides of each wing. Pour ½ cup of water into the casserole dish. Cover casserole dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour until browned.

  4. Stir cream of mushroom soup and remaining water together in a bowl; pour over turkey wings into casserole dish and return to oven, uncovered.

  5. Continue baking for 1 hour until brown and tender.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
